Padma Kapse, a Chartered Accountant with a post-graduation in Commerce, brings more than 30 years of experience in finance, corporate taxation, MIS and compliance. She began her journey with NUCSOFT in 2000. Over the years, Padma has built a strong foundation of all the above aspects in Nucsoft. She helps the organisation in legal matters like legal documentations and compliance with the knowledge acquired during her study of law.

Along with her core area of Finance, she has also been entrusted with the responsibility of organisation’s support departments for their smooth functioning. With more than 20 years of association with Nucsoft, she is now in the position of CFO and along with overall responsibilities, is part of Nucsoft’s Core Management team. She is actively involved in Nucsoft’s UK operations as well.

She always have a passion to learn and keep touch with Information Technology. She did various courses in computer, major being, full time certification course in ERP (BANN) with S.P. Jain College, Mumbai. With the conceptual knowledge acquired during these courses, she is now part of Project Review Meetings of the organisation.
