Padma Kapse

Director Finance

Mrs. Padma Kapse is a Chartered Accountant by profession. She has also completed her post-graduation in commerce. She joined the NUCSOFT family in the year 2000.

She started her career as a Senior Executive and soon reached to the level of Manager – Accounts.  In 1994, she started working independently and continued so till 2001. During all these years, she gained wide experience in various fields like Finance, Accounting, Internal Audits, MIS, Corporate Taxation, Project Finance and Compliance. In year 2000, she was associated with NUCSOFT as consultant. Impressed by the warm welcome and supportive environment, she joined NUCSOFT family as Manager – Finance in 2001.

At present she heads NUCSOFT Finance Department. She has established the accounting processes and related operating procedures, internal control systems and MIS for the Company. She has also studied law as a hobby. With the knowledge she gained during the two years of these studies and with basic interest in interpretation, she helps the Company in normal legal matters as well.
